I always strive to ensure that my clients are satisfied with their purchase but if for any reason a return is requested please notify me in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org no longer than 14 days from which you received your order. Please include your contact details, order details and the reason for the return so that I can help you.
I will offer to refund or replace goods provided they are returned unworn and in the same condition they were sent out in, including the same packaging. A full refund (minus postage) will be made on return of your purchase to the original form of payment used to pay for the item.
After 14 days refunds will only be given on faulty items returned within one month from the date of purchase.
Customers are responsible for posting the items correctly and a refund or exchange will not be given until the items have arrived. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the item is faulty).
Your refund will be processed within 30 days at the very latest subject to the above terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not include earrings (which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons) or to any item that has been customised.
